Our seasonal products, Plums and Pommecythere, are available from September to December, but you can preorder them year-round. If a product is out of stock, you can request to be notified so you'll receive an email or SMS alert as soon as it becomes available again.

Our products may contain whole fruit seeds or slices of fruit seed. Please exercise caution while consuming, as seeds may pose a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Ensure proper supervision and consider removing seeds before serving to young children or those with difficulty swallowing.

Our products are crafted with care and quality in mind. Each product is meticulously packaged to ensure freshness, with a shelf life of up to 6-9 months when stored at room temperature. Weighing 350g, these products are conveniently sized at 5" W x 8" H, making them easy to store and handle.

For destinations within the contiguous U.S. and Canada, orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) ship free and orders below $99 require payment for shipping. The price of shipping is available in Checkout. For other destinations (including international), shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery date will be estimated at checkout.

Lat Chiu Products are available for worldwide shipping via UPS and DHL. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions. All orders ship directly from New York City.

Our local delivery is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mon-Thu, and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Fri-Sat. Keep in mind, there's a $100.00 minimum order for local deliveries. There's also a $15 delivery fee, and it's available only in select zip codes in Brooklyn, Queens, and New Jersey.

Our store pickup service ensures that your order is ready for pickup within a 2-hour processing time. You can conveniently collect your items between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday, from 14 53rd Street, Suite 727 Floor 7, Brooklyn NY 11232.
